Low impact, easy to follow exercises for all fitness levels ages 55 and over. There is an emphasis on strengthening and stretching the body to help build bone density and improve balance.

A late fee of $10.00 will be charged and the member discount will not apply to registrations received after 12:00 noon on the Friday before the start of class.
